Feel free to contribute your own. Perhaps the reason is because people in those fields aren’t writers. It’s strange to ask why writers are writing but blue collar workers aren’t. They’re free to offer their point of view, just as I am to offer mine. Of course, I also back mine up with research so it’s not purely my opinion.
